These terms cover your use of the Ampchor apps and Ampchor Pro. Ampchor is made by Ampchor LLC. By using the apps you agree to them. Please read them, they are short and in plain language.

Using the apps

The Ampchor apps are licensed to you for your own personal use. You may install them on the devices you own or control. Your media files stay on your own machine, they remain yours and nothing here gives us any claim over them. You agree to use Ampchor only with content you have the right to use, and to follow the laws that apply to you.

Ampchor Pro

Ampchor works for free on your home network forever. Ampchor Pro is an optional one-time purchase that unlocks the away-from-home features described on the Pro page for as long as Ampchor exists. You pay once through our payment provider, who handles the transaction and appears on your statement. You can also try Pro free for 7 days from the app before buying, no card needed.

Remote access is for personal, non-commercial sharing with people you know. Selling or renting access to your library is not allowed and ends the license.

Refunds

If Ampchor Pro is not right for you, email riot@ampchor.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund it. A refunded purchase turns Pro off. Our payment provider may also offer its own refund terms, shown at checkout.

The software is provided as is

We work hard to make Ampchor reliable, but it is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Ampchor LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the apps. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be waived under the law where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product grows. When we do, we will change the date above. If a change is significant, we will make it clear on this page.
